# HighLevel Founders Plan: price, features, AI seats and what's confirmed

> As of October 25, 2026, HighLevel has not officially announced a Founders Plan. Its pricing page still lists the $497/month tier as Agency Pro. Creator and affiliate reports say that tier will be rebuilt and renamed the Founders Plan around LevelUp 2026 (October 26–29, Dallas), possibly with AI seats for Ask AI and AI Studio. Treat price, AI limits and migration terms as unconfirmed until HighLevel publishes them.

## What Agency Pro users should do now
1. Stay on your current Agency Pro plan. Reports say existing $497 subscribers move over automatically, so cancelling or opening a duplicate trial could cost you grandfathered terms.
2. Write down your current AI spend (Conversation AI, Voice AI, Ask AI, AI Studio) so you can compare it with Founders seat limits once they're published.
3. Check Billing and HighLevel's release notes during LevelUp week before changing anything.
4. Line up your agent stack now: the guides below work on Agency Pro today and carry over to Founders.
